Zel is a counsellor passionate about creating a space where clients feel truly heard, supported, and understood. Zel works with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and personal challenges.

My approach is person-centred and collaborative, drawing on therapies like CBT, talk therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and psychoeducation. Sessions are flexible and tailored, whether you’re seeking deep reflection or light, supportive conversation.

Zel holds a Bachelor’s in Social Science (Counselling) and is a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association. With experience across a range of settings, Zel is committed to supporting people through life’s challenges in a way that feels respectful, safe, and empowering.
